This piece represents many things, but first and foremost for me, home is where the heart is.

I was given a classic Claddagh ring by my Irish grandmother. The heart, hands & crown of the ring represent love, friendship & loyalty. I have used those symbols in this painting.

This piece could be me and my mother, me and my daughter, two good friends, or two women in love. I am open to what anyone sees in it. It’s a piece about who loves you and who you love.
