Every culture in history has documented some form of witch. Early on, witches were thought to practice witchcraft, using magic spells and calling upon spirits for help or to bring about change. Many, however, were simply natural healers or so-called “wise women” whose choice of profession was misunderstood.
Whether the angle is the fictional Hollywood sorceress, or the alchemist connected to the cycles of the moon, join us for this special group show exploring witches, mystics and alchemists.
