Our attitudes, practices and rituals surrounding food can connect us to our roots and traditions, as well as to cherished memories. Food can also lead us to experiment with new and exotic flavors and cuisines. And by learning to grow our own food, we become more firmly connected to the earth, its cycles and its abundance.
