THE NUMBER 8 JEWELRY BOX by artist Elisabetta Visentini
An egg carton has become a magical jewelry holder, but not just jewels. In addition to being able to place bracelets, necklaces and earrings, Elisabetta imagined that this new life would also allow us to store moments of transition, change, and even failure.
Do you know those moments that act as a watershed between deciding to give up everything or pursuing your own path?
Those difficult and often dark moments, where it seems there are no alternatives, where true strength is found only in trying to get up and pick up where you stumbled.
These are moments that after looking back on them, are very vivid, as if they were in color.
They are a colored line in our journey that marks an end and a new beginning.
Precious moments even if often painful.
The artist imagined that there were 2 magical eggs inside - the keepers of the moods and feelings like these.
This jewelry holder (in italian 'Portagioie') can contain those personal and absolutely unique moments.
