Mixed media ooak art doll: air dry clay, vintage French lace, Sari silk ribbon and wire.

The body (not posable) is made of needle felted white Corriedale top, over a wire armature to give it the right shape, and wrapped in a sari silk ribbon hand sewn to the body. Head, hands and lower legs are sculpted win air dry clay, painted with soft pastels, finished with gold leaves and sealed with a polyurethane satin varnish.

Its hand holds a heart made of fabric and Japanese silk, removable. A ring on the back allows it to be hung on the wall.
