Esta pieza transmite la idea de que sin importar el camino que debamos seguir, o las dificultades que nos encontremos, siempre podemos contar con la ayuda y el apoyo de nuestro guía espiritual.

Segun la tradición mesoamericana hay cuatro lugares a donde pueden ir las almas de los difuntos, el Mictlan ( a donde van quienes fallecen de causas naturales), el Chichihuaulco ( donde van los infantes) , el Tlalocan ( donde van quienes tuvieron una muerte relacionada con el agua) y “La corte de sol” ( que son las almas que acompañan al sol en su trayecto diario. Las mujeres que fallecieron en el parto lo acompañan por la mañana y los guerreros caídos en batalla en el ocaso ).

This piece conveys the idea that regardless of the path we must follow, or the difficulties we encounter, we can always count on the help and support of our spiritual guide.

According to Mesoamerican tradition there are four places where the souls of the deceased can go, Mictlan (where those who die of natural causes go), Chichihuaulco (where infants go), Tlalocan (where those who had a death related to water go) and "La corte de sol" (which are the souls that accompany the sun on its daily journey. Women who died in childbirth accompany it in the morning and warriors who fell in battle at sunset).
