This piece was inspired by a photograph Gilbert took in Redlands, CA while working on a music video shoot. Gilbert finds beauty in old abandoned cars.
Cars rust in Cali too, but we do it different, from the top down. Salt in the air from the ocean gently falls onto the tops of cars where it gets trapped.
