If Winter comes, Spring be well ready in the wings. Spring certainly can come, for here is Charlotte sporting mint green tassel locks and suspended white organza flowers. A la 1959, it features a black barathea slim taper to a narrow hemline. No mourning cloth here! Purple eyes, by the way, have won acclaim in both London and Paris as the smartest accessory of the season.
