RESCUE ME
Who is rescuing who in this image? Is she asking him to rescue her from feeling left out from the world? Is she going to rescue him because he’s too caught up in the structure of the system? She certainly has a different view of things from up there. Is that different view a positive one? Or perhaps, coming from two different places, they could rescue each other?
A veces comienzo mis creaciones con una idea clara, otras veces con una sensación, y muchas otras con una imagen a la que luego contemplaré tratando de encontrar su significado. A menudo mis obras me proponen interrogantes, haciéndome reflexionar, cosa que también espero le suceda a los espectadores.

RESCATAME
¿Quién rescata a quien en esta imagen? ¿Es ella pidiéndole a él que la rescate de sentirse tan apartada del mundo? ¿Es ella quien va a rescatarlo de estar aprisionado en la estructura del sistema? Ciertamente, ella tiene otra visión de las cosas desde ahí arriba. Ese otro punto de vista: ¿es mejor? ¿O quizás, viniendo de dos lugares tan distintos, puedan rescatarse el uno al otro?
