About the piece: This special little piece was inspired by a broken pair of plastic horses that Lacey keeps in her goodie stash.
Neither horse will stand on its own but each holds the other up if I lean them just so. When I was a kid my 2 best girlfriends on the block were also obsessed with these plastic toy horses, we used to act out these crazy soap opera stories with them.
I thought this was such a special piece for the times, as many of us have had to lean on our friends for support to get by - and actually many horses do indeed have special relationships with other horses, making them friends.
