Lillian is duly checked off the list before she enters, and here she is in a mechanical dinner cap of orange sateen and black stripes coupled with a fine matching tulle blouse. The ultra slim holes of her fitted mech-cap accommodate those errant red follicles and manages to keep any unruly coiffure firmly in place.
