Bread peel, driftwood, acrylics, hand embroidered felt, sequins, wooden beads, 16" x 12"

The body is a wooden bread peel (a tool you use when baking) that I had but never used. The arms are pieces of driftwood. The head and parts of the upper body are paper mâché; it's all painted with acrylics. The headdress and flowers are hand embroidered wool/rayon felt, with sequin embellishments. Necklace: wooden beads.
