Halloween all year round-

Basically we celebrated Halloween through out the year (minus the candy). We always made our own costumes out of whatever we could find at home. Only a few times we got to buy a hat or a mask to go with our outfits, but we’d come up with ideas and then wear them at random times, often.

Some of our favorites were vampires, Daisy Duke, gypsies, and witches. My beloved costume was a cowboy outfit that I would only wear for special occasions including my December birthday. When Halloween actually came, the costumes were important, but they actually became secondary to the obtainment of free candy.
