Painted on to this found map of the Los Angeles area are some of our friends, and original residents, of the area.
That's mountain lion P-22 in the center - he famously survived crossing the 101 and 405 freeways to live 10+ years in Griffith Park, CA and is the inspiration for the building of the wildlife crossing over the 101 freeway.
Michelle used to paint on maps many years ago but hadn't in a long while. She is inspired to make more wildlife paintings on maps, so stay tuned.
