REBIRTH RENEWAL by artist Sarah Polzin

Throughout history it is believed that the snake is a sacred symbol of rebirth, renewal, fertility, protection and a nurturer of the earth. Using a variety of colors, textures and mediums I created this piece to show the beauty of growth and starting again, shedding the old and letting the new shine through. The use of colors in the snake and background are meant to depict nature, water and land. The time to nurture the earth has never been more important then now.
