Oil paint on canvas, 9 x 12"About the piece: Inspired by one of my favorite Cat Steven’s songs- Into White. When I need peace from the hectic daily hustle, I listen to this song. He describes a natural serene place with colors that all run into white. It takes me to the country side, where it helps me slow down & breath. I imagine myself sitting in a meadow with the sun beating down on me, birds singing, wind gently blowing, and nature reviving me…. feeling it until I can physically be there.
